BIOGRAPHY
Known for his talent as an outstanding melodist within his bands (The Seasons, Forest Boys) and in his collaborations with artists he admires such as Pierre Lapointe, Julyan makes a remarkable solo debut with an exhilarating and refined melodic pop.
Since its release last May, his first EP "Julyan" (2020), co-produced with Jesse Mac Cormack, has garnered rave reviews. His radio hit "Give Up" quickly made its way into several charts, including the CBC Music Top 20 across Canada.
REFERENCES
Julyan opened for Elliot Maginot and the Toronto band Bernice. Nominated in the category "Pop EP of the Year" at the GAMIQ (2020). Ranked in the CBC Music Top 20 across Canada.
He also collaborated in the composition of the theme song for the next edition of Star Académie, Maintenant et partout, which will be available on digital platforms in February 2021.
